Mike’s career at Malloy is a testament to growth and leadership, built from the ground up. He started by selling cars before moving through key roles in the Finance Department, Used Car Manager, and General Sales Manager. This hands-on experience in every facet of the business underpins his highly respected leadership style. Mike's greatest professional source of pride is his ability to build a strong team—one where employees believe in him as a leader and consistently go above and beyond. This stems from his core philosophy: "Treat people with respect and truly care for them as people, not just employees." The respect for his employees doesn't stop there - Mike is dedicated to providing a relaxing and trustworthy purchase process for his customers as well.

When he's not leading his team to success, Mike embraces an active and spirited personal life.
