Sophal started his career as a technician's apprentice in 1995, working in almost all positions in Service and learning the Parts side along the way. His expertise lies in understanding how the front and back ends of the business work to stay competitive and profitable while maintaining customer satisfaction. He is proud of increasing growth and profitability in every store he has managed , and has earned manufacturer awards like Precision Team for Acura and Presidents Awards for Ford and Lincoln. His career has taught him many valuable lessons, including: "You can never stop learning in life, and you will never know everything".
In his spare time, Sophal enjoys fishing, boating, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with his family. A surprising fact is that he was not born in America, but in Cambodia, where he survived the civil war. The movie"The Killing Fields," which is based on the civil war, has influenced him, as it reflects the struggles his parents endured and makes him appreciate his life and accomplishments.
