This was the easiest, most fun, least stressful car buying experience we've ever had! Samantha knows her stuff and really takes pride in her job! Responses were quick, we were kept in the loop throughout the few days we were waiting. Our car came from a sister Malloy a few hours away. Everything was effortless from start to finish. 2020 f150, with 48,500 miles bought used 2 months earlier , Transmission started not shifting correctly, my local dealer Parsons stated …. “ah that’s just the way those 10 speeds are”…. Furious!! For 43k!?? Really ?? After I calmed down did some research on best service ranked Ford dealers in my area 0-50 mins. Appointment was made, @ Malloy Winchester Va. my service counter representative Maddie was a very knowledgeable young lady took detailed notes of my explanation of symptoms. she pulled a component from under her desk showed me the most likely cause of the problem, furnished me with a step by step of how the process would go, and expected time frame to complete. The service bay tech assessed my truck & Ford agreed and replaced the transmission at no cost. Truck was delivered back to me in good running order. Been three weeks & still running great.
