I was on a cross country trip, when the worst happened: my car stopped running. Luckily I was towed to Malloy Toyota. Haroun Akram in the service department was great! He was able to get my car serviced (new alternator) and back on the road within just a few hours. He even recommended a good local restaurant to me for lunch. I am so thankful that I was towed to their dealership. Haroun is what you hope for when you’re stuck on the road, someone who gets the job done. Thank you Haroun and all the folks at Malloy Toyota that helped get me quickly on my way.

Overall great experience - here's why only 4* - The dealer scratched the car while prepping it for delivery. These things happen, BUT - when buying a new car one expects these things NOT to happen. The dealer owned up to their mistake and paid for the damage. This minor event resulted in many lost hours waiting. It's not about the money, it's about the lack of care that was exhibited by the dealership. The entire team at Malloy Chevrolet is great to work with and is always open and willing to find solutions to whatever problem comes up. I recommend the dealership 100%!
