Overall great experience - here's why only 4* - The dealer scratched the car while prepping it for delivery. These things happen, BUT - when buying a new car one expects these things NOT to happen. The dealer owned up to their mistake and paid for the damage. This minor event resulted in many lost hours waiting. It's not about the money, it's about the lack of care that was exhibited by the dealership. The entire team at Malloy Chevrolet is great to work with and is always open and willing to find solutions to whatever problem comes up. I recommend the dealership 100%!
